Big OwlBoxes

It is that time of year...birds thinking of nesting. The Glade Trust Nature Reserve are putting up large nest boxes around Kirkby Fleetham and as far away as the Yorkshire Dales.

These boxes are made to accommodate Barn Owls and Tawny Owls.

At a nonprofit cost of £30, we will supply, put up, and monitor, maintain the box. All our volunteer nest box checks are carried our by a permit holder to ensure safety, and welfare for the birds. The data gathered will be recorded on the BTO national data base call 07563219606
