Kirkby Fleetham Feast

Bugs, we record the various bugs from shield bugs, butterflies to pond life.
Due to the vole numbers, mild weather, some Barn Owls are having second broods. It is a major part of our work to monitor these fantastic birds, fingers crossed the late birds are able to put enough weight on to survive the winter.
Migrational Birds, before the Blackcaps, Chiffchaff and other warblers leave our shores we are busy ringing them.
